Yes, it is possible. Since these are outlet machines, minor dents, dings, scratches, or rust may be present, especially on assembled or refurbished units.

No. Outlet pricing already reflects the condition of the machines, including any cosmetic imperfections. We do not offer additional discounts or refunds for cosmetic issues. However, functional issues are covered under the 6-month warranty.
- If damage is from shipping, please contact the carrier to start a claim.
- Document the damage with pictures.
- Contact the Outlet Store Manager if any parts affecting function need replacement. We can assist with replacements but not for cosmetic issues.
Sales tax is applied unless you provide a valid tax exemption certificate or resale certificate.
